SUMMARY:IPSA Review Consultation Paper 4: NZSA Draft Submission Feedback
DESCRIPTION:The NZSA would like to invite you to a virtual sessional meeting via Zoom to provide feedback on the draft submission on the IPSA Review Consultation Paper 4 (Governance\, Supervisory Processes and Disclosure) recently released by RBNZ. \nThe draft submission is being prepared by a working group on behalf of NZSA. The consultation looks at how IPSA regulates insurers’ governance and risk management\, how supervisors assess and monitor significant transactions to ensure financial stability\, and the ways in which RBNZ gathers data from insurers. The working group would encourage Members to attend the meeting and provide feedback on the draft submission. Members are also welcome to provide their views\, prior to the meeting\, by sending an email to: submissions@actuaries.org.nz by 5pm on 25th January. \nRegister here
