It covers a range of important topics including the scope of IPSA\, treatment of overseas’ insurers\, solvency\, policyholder security\, the role of directors and the appointed actuary\, disclosure\, supervisory powers\, enforcement\, penalties and distress management. \nThe working group would encourage Members to attend the meeting and provide feedback on the draft submission.
